Bryanston at a glance

First named as an area in 1949, the affluent Johannesburg suburb of Bryanston is home to some of South Africa's most sought-after real estate. The leafy area was established as a suburb of Sandton in 1969, however now forms a part of the Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. Bryanston is also conveniently situated to the freeway and Sandton with easy access via many back roads. Several upgrades to shopping centres in the vicinity, including the Hobart Shopping Centre, the development of Nicolway Shopping Centre and the upgrading of Bryan Park Shopping Centre.
