Ennik Estates is taking Christie’s International Real Estate, one of the top global brands in prime residential property, into the upper end of Johannesburg’s North-West suburbia says founder and CEO Ronald Ennik.
The first step in the process, he says, is a move into upscale Boskruin – led by area specialist and local resident Zona Coetzee, who has joined the Ennik Estates team.
“Zona, who is assisted by Hilda Rousseau, is a prominent real estate professional in the area, with an in-depth knowledge of Boskruin and adjacent suburbs such as Bromhof and Sundowner.
“She also has a wealth of experience in marketing homes in gated estates,” he adds.
Meanwhile, prime property marketing professionals of the same mould are being recruited to help take the process into other upmarket residential hubs in the area.
“The expansion of the Ennik Estates/Christie’s brand into the top suburbs of Johannesburg’s North-West has always been an objective,” says Ennik.
“It is a key element of a strategic growth plan that was put in place in 2011 – when Ennik Estates was first launched as the exclusive affiliate in Gauteng of US$100-billion sales a year Christie’s International Real Estate (the property arm of the world’s largest and oldest fine art auction house),” he concludes.
